Up bright & early today, arriving at the Ulman Foundation office at 6:30 AM to meet as a team, pack up the SAG van, and find out our ride groups for the day! We rode our bikes as a team the short distance to the Museum of Industry… and through a crowd of friends and family for our send-off celebration! Got to see some people I haven’t seen in a while, and the best surprise- my buddy Rick Schofield! 🙂 lots of hugs and quick chats followed by our dedication circle.
We start each day with a dedication circle, holding hands and taking turns sharing a personal dedication for our ride that day. Names or initials of those people are written on our calves or hands and accompany us throughout our day.
